How do I receive my book?
By email, immediately after checkout. You get an order confirmation and a separate email with your download link. Delivery is normally instant — occasionally up to 15 minutes.
What format are the books?
PDF. They open on any phone, tablet, computer or e-reader with no special software, and they print cleanly if you prefer paper.
My download didn't arrive. What now?
Check spam, promotions and junk folders first — that is where it is roughly nine times out of ten. If it isn't there, email contact@sametphu.com with your order number and we resend the same business day.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Fourteen days, no explanation needed. See the Refund Policy.
Which book should I start with?

Do I need to read them in order?
No. Each stands alone and repeats nothing important from the others. They are numbered because that is the order most people need them in, not because they depend on each other.
Do I need a gym?
Not for Book 1 — it works with minimal equipment. Books 2 and 4 assume access to weights of some kind, whether a gym, dumbbells, or a home setup. The principles do not change; the equipment options do.
Are these for men or women?
Both. The training and nutrition principles are the same. Book 4 covers the genuine differences worth planning around, and is explicit about where a general book stops and a doctor or qualified coach should take over.
Will this help me lose weight?
These books explain how energy balance, training and adherence work, and give you a system for applying them. We do not promise a result, and we will not put a number on it. Anyone who does is guessing about a body they have never met.
I have an injury or a medical condition. Can I use these?
Speak to your doctor or physiotherapist first, and follow their guidance over anything in a book. We publish general education; we cannot assess your situation and will not pretend otherwise.
Is there a bundle?
