Refund policy

We want you to be genuinely satisfied with what you buy from us. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

14-day satisfaction guarantee

If a book is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify the request — give us your order number and say you would like a refund.

How to request one

Email contact@sametphu.com with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What this covers

All digital products sold on this store. Because our products are downloadable files, there is nothing to return — we simply process the refund.

Problems with your download

If your link did not arrive or does not work, that is not a refund matter and we will fix it. Check your spam folder first, then email us and we resend the same business day.

Repeated or abusive requests

We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding the same product, or redistributing our files in breach of the licence.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us before contacting your bank. We resolve almost every issue within one business day, and a direct request is faster than a dispute.
