These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products from Samet Phu LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

2. What we sell
Downloadable digital publications (PDF ebooks) on training, nutrition and recovery. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Important health notice
Everything we publish is general fitness and nutrition education. It is not medical, dietetic, or physiotherapy advice, and it cannot account for your health history, injuries, medications, allergies, or conditions.
Speak to a doctor before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition programme — particularly if you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, are returning from injury, or have a history of disordered eating.
We do not promise any specific result. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, your consistency, and factors no book can control. If you see anyone in this industry guaranteeing a particular outcome, treat that as a reason for scepticism.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and payable at checkout. Prices may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
5. Licence and permitted use
When you buy a book you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use it. You may read it on any device you own, print one copy for personal use, and apply everything in it to your own training without restriction or attribution.
You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the files, upload them to file-sharing services, or reproduce substantial extracts as your own work. We retain copyright in all content.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy: 14 days, no justification required.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By using our materials you accept that you train at your own risk, that you are responsible for judging what is appropriate for your body, and that you will stop and seek advice if something causes pain beyond ordinary muscular effort.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies to it.
