Everything sold here is a digital product. Nothing is posted or shipped, and no delivery address or shipping fee is required.

How you receive your order

Immediately after payment is confirmed you receive an order confirmation and a separate email containing your download link. Delivery is normally instant; in rare cases it takes up to 15 minutes.

• Format: PDF
• Compatibility: any device — phone, tablet, computer, e-reader
• Access: your link stays valid so you can re-download
• Software required: none beyond a standard PDF reader

If it does not arrive

1. Check spam, promotions, and junk folders
2. Confirm the email address you entered at checkout
3. Email contact@sametphu.com with your order number

We resend the same business day, usually within a few hours.

International orders

Because delivery is by email, there are no customs charges, duties, or delivery delays anywhere in the world.
